firm that has been assisting clients in Europe and North America to recruit senior
executives since 1986. We work in all sectors, for companies large or small, local
or global, including start-ups and entrepreneurial ventures. Jouve & Associés
also has a strong presence in Private Equity serving investment firms in recruitments
for their teams and portfolio companies.
Our firm is an independent equity partnership composed of five partners all are
long-time executive recruiters with previous experience in other businesses and
supported by a team of experienced researchers. The cultural diversity of our
consultants brings added value to our clients by enabling us to identify and attract
individuals in the competitive international marketplace for executive talent. More
than half of our assignments are cross-border in nature.
An upmarket boutique that competes directly with the large international search
networks, we work for a limited number of clients in each business sector to avoid
conflicts of interest. Our firm's reputation is built on personalized service, personal
commitment and accountability directly from the Partners. Who the client sees is
