Formed in 1997 by Miles Broadbent, Chairman of The Miles Partnership in London, the Globe Search Group consists of independently-owned, entrepreneurial executive search firms, each of which holds a pre-eminent position in its local market. Many of the partners and directors of the individual firms worked previously for various of the global search firms and, while maintaining the professional standards of those organisations, are now less constrained by "off-limits" conflicts and are able to search in the widest possible universe of candidates in order to find the ideal people for their clients.
For this reason, each firm operates a very tightly managed client list and seeks to build deep and lasting relationships with its clients.
